How are you? I work with celebrity chef, Gabriele Corcos and his wife,
actress Debi Mazar. Currently, they are hosts of the hit Cooking
Channel Show, Extra Virgin which just entered its second season and is
gearing up for a third. You may also know Debi from movies such as
Goodfellas and the HBO series, Entourage.
Debi and Gabriele have been met with amazing success with their break
out cooking show, and recently began expanding their brand with their
Peace and Pasta t-shirt line, cookbooks and special guest appearances.
But they didn’t start out that way. Before Extra Virgin was Extra
Virgin, it was Under the Tuscan Gun, a video blog that Gabriele and
Debi started 6 years ago and grew into the enterprise it is today.
Despite their television success, the blog is still alive and well and
building in its own right. Gabriele is on a mission to turn it into an
e-zine with a variety of talented contributors such as yourself. We
are looking for bloggers to add to our team who are not only talented
writers, but can provide interesting information our followers will
want to read about, a criteria we feel not only meet but surpass.
So what to do next? Well, for the moment, we can’t pay you. We are
currently under contract with an investor and working with a publisher so
that we can take our site to the next level but for the time being what we
